Pricing and Terms

I offer a range of fixed fee prices across all our legal services, enabling you to obtain the very best legal assistance at a fair price. Depending on the specifics of your litigation, following a review, I may also offer conditional fee agreements in some instances.

Fixed fees do not include disbursements such as Court Fees, and these will be discussed with you before they are incurred by us. Each case is unique, and disbursements will differ.

Cost for initial review of documentation – there may be a charge for complex or large volumes of documentation. Please call for a free quote.

Time scales: I am usually able to provide paperwork or advice within 14 days of instruction. If you are working to a time limit please let my clerk know to ensure I can meet it. For hearings or trials, please email my clerk for availability.

Consumer Credit and Debt Matters – from £500 plus VAT

Drafting Service – from £250 plus VAT – for example, the drafting of Defences, Particulars of Claim, Witness Statements and Court Applications etc.

Advocacy Service – from £350 plus VAT plus Travel

Wills & Probate:
Standard Single Will – £160 plus VAT
Standard Joint Will – £250 plus VAT

Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration – £200 plus VAT (Executors/administrators can deal with the administration of the estate after the grant has been obtained).
